Machine Shipping and Receiving - What to Expect

Thank you for choosing AEON Laser USA! To help ensure a smooth and efficient delivery, please review the following guidelines for shipping and receiving your new machine. We also recommend reviewing our standard shipping policies to familiarize yourself with the process.

Special Delivery Requirements

Please inform us of any special delivery conditions that could impact the carrier’s ability to deliver, such as:

  • Liftgate requirements.
  • Limited access areas (e.g., rural locations, gated communities, etc.).
  • Steep grades, unpaved driveways, or other delivery challenges.
  • Any other variables that would impede delivery via a tractor-trailer and a standard pallet jack.

NOTE: Failing to disclose such conditions may result in additional charges or delays upon delivery.


Delivery Timeline

Please be aware that delivery times can vary due to ongoing changes in the global supply chain. We recommend waiting until the machine is delivered before making any significant plans or career changes based on estimated delivery dates, as these dates are subject to change.


Tracking Notification

Once your laser engraving machine has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from the carrier. This will allow you to monitor its progress.

NOTE: Occasionally, carriers may arrive with minimal notice, so please be prepared for the machine’s imminent arrival once tracking is provided.


Scheduling the Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we strongly advise that you take a proactive approach by coordinating the delivery date directly with the shipping carrier. This can be achieved either by reaching out to them directly using the contact information provided in your shipping confirmation, or by awaiting their communication, which typically includes a notification with scheduling options. If you’re having issues locating the contact information for your carrier or coordinating your delivery please reach out to your salesperson for assistance.


Receiving Your Machine

Upon arrival, please take these steps to ensure a smooth receiving process:

  • Inspect the Crate: Carefully examine the crate for any visible signs of rough handling or damage. If you notice any issues, do not refuse the shipment. Instead, proceed as follows:
    • Document the Damage: Take multiple photos, including close-ups and wide shots. The more photos you provide, the stronger your case will be in the event of a claim.
    • Note the Damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL): Ask the delivery driver to document any visible damage on the BOL before they depart.
  • The delivery driver does not need to stay for an in-depth inspection. You have up to 14 days to report any concealed damage to AEON Laser USA, which can support claims with the carrier.
  • If you find any concealed damage within 14 days of receiving the machine, please submit a support ticket to AEON Laser USA with your photos and a detailed description.

IMPORTANT: If you do not plan to set up your machine immediately, we strongly advise at least uncrating and unpacking the machine to inspect for any potential concealed damage. After 14 days, neither AEON Laser USA nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for such claims.
