What happens after submitting a support ticket?

  1. You'll receive an email response from the support team, which may include multiple technicians.
  2. Keep all replies in the original email thread and focus on one issue per ticket.
  3. Trust the process — resolution happens as quickly as possible.
  4. Technicians may request diagnostic tests, starting with basic troubleshooting.
  5. Phone calls and video chats are by appointment only and reserved for instances that cannot be easily diagnosed or resolved via email.
  6. You may need to complete credit card authorization forms for replacement parts.
  7. On-site technician visits occur at company discretion if remote solutions fail.
  8. Multiple simultaneous issues are typically unrelated system problems.
